Terms and Conditions of Sale Our customers are the reason why we are in business at SFP. We are constantly improving our relations with our customers with courtesy and integrity. We would like to establish a few Terms and Conditions to better serve you in the future. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to understand these Terms and Conditions before you transact any business with SFP. We are grateful for your understanding in this matter and appreciate your cooperation. Colors of Products Colors of products may vary slightly because every computer monitor has a different pixel display. We use hi-res photos to display all of our products so if there may be a minor variation in color it will be negligible. Sizes of Products and Display Features All of our products shown on our website are approximate sizes. Due to the nature of silk fabric sizes may vary slightly. All of the measurements used are as realistic as we can be and under no circumstances exaggerated. All of our style displays are single dimensional and may not capture the proper depth of the item. Please take this into consideration when ordering. Availability
Inventories are updated automatically on our website daily. It is possible, though, that an earlier order may deplete your selection without notice. If this were to occur we would notify you by phone or email and refund your credit card immediately. Prices
We reserve the right to raise or lower prices without prior notice due to market conditions. Shipping The cost of shipping is the sole liability of the customer. Whether shipping charges are to or from the customer they are the responsibility of the customer. If a return is the result of an error on the part of SFP the freight charges will be credited to your credit card. Order Pickup and Will Call
It is imperative that all pickup orders be phoned into our offices (1-800-332-7377 or 1-248-549-5554) at least 1 hour prior to pickup. Walk ins are acceptable but may cause delays in picking up your order. Cancellations
Although we are very lenient with our customers a 5% restocking fee will be assessed if an ordered is pulled for shipment and canceled prior to the shipment being made. This fee only covers our cost of labor and packaging materials. We are also charged a refund/cancellation fee by your credit card company when a cancellation is implemented, but we do not pass along that fee to you.
Shortages, Claims and Damages
All shipments that are short products or have visible damages must be filed within (5) five days of receipt of merchandise. If concealed damages are the issue you must call us at 800-332-7377 and we will expedite a UPS claim on your behalf and send a replacement. The 5 day grace period must be adhered to for your claim to be accepted. No claims will be honored after that period.
